This location must be a very busy spot because there were customers everywhere, some in line, some ordering, some waiting, some standing, some sittingI was sitting. Plus the drivethru was wrapped around the building. When we decided not to wait in the line in the car, we went inside and waited. There were only 5 people working!! How come these restaurants wont hire nobody? Obviously, you need some more help and train them right the first time so everything runs smoothly. I use to work fast food, especially BKMcD, so I know how they operate. I was trained old school and that speed was the main goal, drive thru shouldnt wait over 23mins, but lately the wait times are 45mins hour long. Everywhere. I dont mean to be mean, but if the workers and managers weigh 400lbs from eating their product everyday, every shiftbreakfast, lunch, dinner,take home, the speed factor is out the window. The lobby was dirty because nobody was able to give the lobby some attention. Trash overflowed, sticky table tops, floor needed sweeping, drink bar needed wiping, ....I didnt go in the bathroom, but Im sure it needed help, too. Summer is coming and usually teenagers want a summer job and earn money to but these 277 sneakers, which is one 2wk paycheck. Please hire them and a maintenance man asap and this store would be great!! ”
